Born and raised in Nepal, home of Mount Everest, Chef Guru grew up surrounded by rich flavors, warm hospitality, and the spirit of craftsmanship that defines Nepali culture. With more than 21 years of international experience, he has honed his art in some of the world’s finest kitchens from the Maldives and Dubai to Bermuda and now at Niagara Falls.
Chef Guru has worked with globally recognized brands such as Holiday Inn Resorts (IHG), St. Regis Starwood, and Rosewood Hotels, earning respect for his creativity, leadership, and passion for food that speaks to the soul. His cooking blends global inspiration with local ingredients, creating dishes that are both familiar and adventurous much like the brewery itself.
